Returns Policy
Whether you are a first time Old Hickory user or an experienced connoisseur, if you are not satisfied with any of our products please Contact Us. We want you to love our sauce and our products and so if it is your first time trying one of our products and you do not like it please do get in touch with us! If something has been damaged during shipment to you we will do our best to make it right! We do not offer any reimbursements for items purchased through retail locations, but in some circumstances may offer refunds for items bought through our online stores. Some examples of these circumstances would include items that were damaged as a result of poor packing or incorrectly filled or incomplete orders.
If you wish to return an item you purchased online, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return and the reasons why. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We DO NOT ship Big Daddy's Hot Water Cornbread to individuals or sell it through our online store.
